1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SYH (Shape Your Health) website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

SYH provides premium personal training services including home personal training, outdoor training, and online coaching. All services are subject to availability and trainer scheduling.

3. Health and Medical Concerns

You should always consult with a physician before starting any diet, exercise or training program. By participating in SYH programs, you assume all risks associated with physical activity.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session. Refunds for packages are handled on a case-by-case basis subject to our detailed client agreement.

5. Modifications

SYH reserves the right to revise these terms of service for its website and services at any time without notice.
